FRC For Resilient Ankles
Saturday November 14th 12-1:30pm CST.
In this 90 minute virtual workshop you will learn Functional Range Conditioning techniques to gain mobility and strength in your ankles. Whether you feel like you are walking around with bricks for feet or just want to strengthen this vulnerable area of your body, this workshop can help you.
- Increase ankle ROM
- Strengthen supporting tissues of the ankle and foot
- Learn techniques to prevent ankle injuries
- Improve balance from the ground up
All students will receive a downloadable copy of the workshop, so participation in the actual event is not required. No prior experience in yoga or FRC is needed.
