Yoga + Applied Neurology For Improved Respiration
Join Anna for this 90-minute virtual class in which we'll use yoga to stretch the tissues surrounding the ribs, diaphragm and side body to improve your ability to breath deeply. We'll also incorporate powerful applied neurology techniques to reduce threat in your nervous system and allow for greater ease of respiration.
Props Required: Two blocks, a strap, a tall dowel (a broom stick will also work), blankets, a chair (preferably a metal folding chair but a regular kitchen chair may work too) and a bolster or pillows.
Class will be recorded and available to watch for one week.
