The Ritual of Being Evening Series
Join Anna for a month long series designed to help you establish a therapeutic evening practice for cultivating deep rest.
Each nightly class will include restorative yoga, pranayama, applied neurology and meditation. Our focus will be on releasing physical and mental tension accumulated from the day and preparing for restful sleep.
Class is Monday through Thursday ONLY, 8:00pm cst for 45 minutes from September 13th-October 7th. It is live via Zoom ONLY with no recording.
