The Ritual of Being Evening Series
Join Anna for a month long series designed to help you establish a therapeutic evening practice for cultivating deep rest.
Each nightly class will include restorative yoga, pranayama, applied neurology and meditation. Our focus will be on releasing physical and mental tension accumulated from the day and preparing for restful sleep.
Class is Monday through Thursday, 8:00pm cst for 60 minutes from January 31st - February 24th. It is live via Zoom ONLY with no recording.
