You've Got Your Back
Welcome to a deep dive into the health of your spine!
This is a 3 part series meeting on May 29th and June 5th and 12th at 11am cst for 2 hours.
In each class you will first learn Functional Range principles and techniques designed to bring more mobility and strength to your spine. We will work on the primary movements of the spine, flexion and extension, as well as rotation. In the 2nd half of class, we will practice yoga postures that reinforce and support the spinal conditioning work.
All participants will have access to a recording of the session for 3 days afterwards.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone with a spine including those with back pain, lack of mobility or limitations such as spinal fusions. If you are unsure if this series is for you, please contact Anna via the contact form on this website.
