The Ritual of Being
Join Anna for a month of daily practice! From February 15th to March 12th, start each weekday morning at 7am CST with a live 45-min class. Each class will feature guided meditation, pranayama, movement and more, all focused on starting your day grounded and feeling good! The practice is limited to 6 people so each day can be customized for your needs. Sessions are only live (not recorded) to encourage commitment and community.
