Every session is geared towards what you need that day for your body.
Anna has experience teaching a wide variety of students from people with chronic back pain, to expecting mothers to experienced yogis. One of the perks of private yoga is being able to hone in on your particular areas of challenge and have specific instructions on how to address them. Also there are no other students or distractions so the entire hour is tailored for you and your needs! Meditation and breathing techniques are also included in each lesson so you leave feeling centered and refreshed.
Anna offers private yoga sessions at Castle Hill and in home. The classes at Castle Hill include access to the yoga wall which is a unique yoga tool for spinal traction and accessing tight areas of the body in a new way. To schedule a session or learn more please fill out Anna's contact form.
