She received her certification as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and a Functional Range Assessment (FRA) practitioner. She has also taken the Kinstretch Level I Certification Course.
Additionally, Anna was a licensed massage therapist for 10 years. Her education in anatomy and myofascial release, most specifically Anatomy Trains with Tom Meyers, have greatly impacted her knowledge and practice as a teacher.
With skillful sequencing and creative use of props Anna teaches clients and students non-traditional ways to strengthen their joints, increase flexibility and move towards a more open and peaceful place in their bodies and mind. Her classes are inspired by her daily journey through the rhythms of life and living in the human body. A typical class will include meditation, pranayama (breath work), and therapeutic asanas (postures) with the goal of becoming more mindful, grounded and aware of the inner workings of the body.
