Castle Hill Fitness is located on Lamar and 12th St.  Any of Anna's yoga classes at Castle Hill are that are listed as "community classes" are only $10 to drop in!

Anna's Bio

Anna began exploring yoga  ten years ago while she was living and studying art in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Yoga offered a new way of approaching life with a focus on mental, physical and spiritual health.  During that time she began her studies with Tias Little of Prajna Yoga with whom she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training.   She taught for the past two years at Esquina Tango as well as Strength Through Length Pilates Studio and The Center for Maximum Potential Building.

Through meditation, breath and body movement she offers her students a challenging yet calming practice in hopes of bringing mindfulness and peace into their lives.  You’ll leave class feeling more grounded, open and aware of the inner workings of your body.
